Mike Toltzis is a native of the Sandy Springs area of Atlanta. Mike has learned the real estate market over the years, specializing in assisting first-time buyers, resale properties, and new construction throughout Metro Atlanta, including Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Roswell and Intown neighborhoods.
Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in business marketing and sales from The University of Alabama. Prior to his career in real estate, he helped produce the Hangout Music Festival doing experiential marketing and management with leading corporations such as Viacom, Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch and Chevrolet.
